Clarte OÜ reserves the right to change prices. A price change does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Placing an order
To place an order, the buyer adds products to the cart, enters the required details, selects a delivery and payment method, and confirms the order.
The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer has confirmed the order and Clarte OÜ has sent an order confirmation to the buyer’s e-mail address.

Clarte OÜ does not store the buyer’s card or bank account details on its servers. Payment details are processed by the payment service provider.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Estonia. The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or in the cart.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed. In Tallinn, the buyer may have the option to pick up the product in person if the corresponding delivery method is selectable in the cart.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a product purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, send a free-form notice to the e-mail address info@clarte.ee and indicate the order number.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products supplied in sealed packaging which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened after delivery.
The returned product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as on receipt. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, except where the reason for the return is a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
7. Refunds
In the case of a valid withdrawal notice, Clarte OÜ refunds the amounts paid by the buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Clarte OÜ may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the buyer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.
The money is refunded via the same payment method that the buyer used to make the purchase, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
8. Product defects and complaints
If a product is defective, damaged or does not match its description, Clarte OÜ must be notified at the e-mail address info@clarte.ee.
The consumer has the right to submit a complaint in the case of a product’s non-conformity with the contract terms in accordance with the procedure provided by law. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product, a reduction in price, or withdrawal from the contract, if the conditions provided by law are met.
9. Allergy and usage warnings
